In an effort to provide our staff, clients and community complete transparency as we plan to reopen amidst this ongoing global pandemic, we are sharing with you Balayage Portland's Safety and Sanitation Protocols, our Stylist Expectations and our Client Expectations as well.

It is our hope that if everyone does their part we can minimize the potential spread of this virus as our friends in the healthcare industry continue to battle on the frontlines. We understand that the right to conduct our businesses is a privilege and it is our responsibility to our community to do so as safely as possible. We also understand that this does not come without risk as our services require that we have physical contact with our clients.

We want to express our sincerest gratitude to our clients, many of whom we consider to be like family, for your continued love and encouragement. Over the past month and a half some of our darkest days were salvaged because of your kind words, your generous gestures, your willingness to prepay for appointments, the financial security you provided us by buying giftcards, color kits, and product. Without you we would not be living out our entrepreneurial dreams or providing for our families. We cannot possibly thank you enough.

In an effort to at least be of service to you, we will start by providing you with all the things we will do to keep you safe when you rejoin us at Balayage Portland.
